If Odawara Art Foundation decides that it is unable to guarantee visitor safety due to a severe weather warning/advisory issued by the Japanese Meteorological Agency, Enoura Observatory will temporarily close to the public.

In such a case, an announcement of temporary closure due to a severe weather warning/advisory will be posted on the News section of the Foundation’s official website by 4:00pm the previous day.

If a temporary closure occurs due to a severe weather warning/advisory, visitors will be able to receive a refund of their admission fees. An email outlining these choices will be sent to each visitor’s registered email address.

In addition to a severe weather warning/advisory issued by the Japanese Meteorological Agency, the Observatory might close temporarily without advance notice if JR and other public transportation systems suspend their services. We appreciate your understanding.
